Group presentation

"Organic synthesis and natural products" group focuses mostly on developping new methods for organic synthesis. These methods are applied to natural products total synthesis and to organic and organometallic catalytic systems. Applications are then related to the pharmaceutical industry, fine chemicals, agrochemistry, cosmetics, food chemistry and polymer sciences.

Research activity

Research is organized around 3 different teams:
> Asymmetric total synthesis of naturals products using radicals, organocatalysis and organometallic chemistry (Pr LANDAIS)
> Sustainable Organic Synthesis : Boron chemsitry, Catalysis and Microfluidics (Dr PUCHEAULT)
> Synthesis and mode of action of naturals products having biological interests (Pr QUIDEAU)
